Brokerage Agency Office
The brief from the client was for a minimalist and vibrant office space for a brokerage agency with four employees.
The workspace was designed in monochrome, with a vibrant pop of orange as the accent color. In the open space, we created a small area with an amphitheater. This serves as the team's focal point: a place for meetings, watching movies and lectures, content filming, and relaxation. The steps are made of microcement with soft inserts for added comfort. Above the amphitheater, we placed a mirror, which added more light and space to the small area.
One of the unique aspects of this project is the private meeting room, designed in a monochrome orange palette. This allows employees to make online calls in an isolated area.
As an eye-catching decor feature, we placed a "furry" orange wall at the entrance. There is also a private executive office and a compact kitchen in the office.
