An apartment for a young couple in a newly built complex.
One of the client’s key preferences was a tall, green double door with classic detailing.
In this project, we moved away from the developer’s original layout and created a more functional and spacious design.
The hallway was visually connected to the kitchen-living area through a wide, doorless opening. This design solution opened up the space and added a sense of airiness.
At the entrance, we also designed a separate wardrobe for outerwear and a utility block. We managed to efficiently accommodate a shower, a built-in laundry cabinet with a washer and dryer, and a large sink with storage in the bathroom. The kitchen-living area is both cozy and functional, designed to maximize comfort and efficiency. The kitchen features full-height side cabinets that provide ample storage while maintaining a sleek and organized look. The living space includes a soft TV lounge, a small library, and a well-lit workspace, creating a balanced and inviting atmosphere.
A tall double door was intentionally placed as a focal point between the bedroom and the living room. To complement the door’s aesthetic, we added classical elements to the bedroom, resulting in a seamless fusion of classic and minimalism. The wardrobe area in the bedroom was highlighted with a muted green color and left open without a door, maintaining the spacious feel while visually distinguishing the storage zone.
A distinctive aspect of the project is a bright apartment that merges classic details with modern minimalism.
